In order to secure a place on our waiting list, we ask that you provide us with a bio about yourself via email. We kindly ask that your introduction email encompass the following details: your location, housing situation, information about each family member, presence of children, current animals (species/breeds, ages, quantity), prior experience with cats or kittens in general, as well as any past experience with Ragdolls, and so on. Please make sure to specify the characteristic(s) that attract you the most to the Ragdoll breed, rather than other cat breeds. Additionally, please indicate any particular color, pattern, or gender you are interested in. If you are inclined to explore the possibility of show quality kittens, please mention it in your email.

After we receive your bio, we determine if the kitten you chose, will match your lifestyle. Once this has been agreed upon, we will talk with you via phone to get to know a little more about you, while answering any and all questions you may have.

We LOVE our little cat family and because we are such a small breeder, we bond with our kittens. Finding the best forever home is THE most important thing to us.

Upon choosing a kitten for reservation, we will send you a contract via email that must be signed and returned, along with a non-refundable deposit of $500 via Zelle(or another agreed-upon payment method) to formalize the process. The $500 is mandatory to reserve a kitten. We will apply this deposit towards the total purchase amount. It is essential to understand that deposits to secure a spot on our waiting list are NON-REFUNDABLE, but they are DEFERRABLE to upcoming seasons/kittens.

We are confident that you will find our prices to be reasonable and competitive when compared to those of local breeders, and they are non-negotiable. ElleBellrags Ragdolls's King and Queen are sourced from the most prestigious breeders of iconic champion Ragdolls in the United States.

The gender, color, pattern, and overall quality of each kitten will influence its pricing. Please note our current 2024 prices have increased due to the cost of spay and neutering. Being a small, licensed and T.I.C.A. registered two cat hobby cattery, we generate little if any income from these litters. As the cost of spaying and neutering slowly rises, averaging around $800+ per kitten, depending on their gender. The cost of raising a litter of 5 or 6 can quickly accumulate to over $6000 on top of various other expenditures.

You observe that we have implemented a price increase to align with the growing expenses linked to raising the impeccable Ragdoll kitten exclusively for your enjoyment. We want to emphasize that if we end up with any money from a litter, we directly donate a percentage of each litter to a local feline rescue. Through decades of cat rescue efforts and in-depth study of feline behavior, we have deliberately opted for this breed in order to provide others with the chance to encounter the exceptional love and distinctive personality that is unique to the Ragdoll cat.Donating enables us to remain actively engaged in tackling the overpopulation of stray and neglected cats and kittens.

• The costs of your kitten also encompass premium, nutritious food, ( LOTS OF FOOD) healthy treats, litter, (LOTS of litter) scratching posts, and let's not forget the toys that stimulate their little kitten brains. Then we have the cost of high-quality organic nontoxic cleaning products, excellent veterinarian services, 2-3 sets of core vaccinations, deworming, These items are included in the cost of your kitten.

While we understand your enthusiasm to visit and interact with the kittens, please be aware that our cattery is currently closed to ensure their health and well-being. Visitors are prohibited for multiple reasons, primarily to safeguard the health of our kittens who have not received full vaccinations at this stage, and to minimize their exposure as much as possible. This also prevents people who like to go out “kitten shopping” from bringing illnesses to our home.

This policy also protects us from being exposed to COVID-19 and other unknown viruses that seem to be going around these days. We are happy to meet via phone, Zoom, Skype, or other video services. You are invited to come in person and collect your kitten from our home on a mutually agreed-upon date.
